One of my amazing clients is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join their fast-growing digital team.

In this role, you'll join a team of experienced talent managers to secure amazing opportunities for exciting digital talent. Working across brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and a range of commercial opportunities like events, podcasts, and personal appearances.

What you'll do:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of talent
2. Source and develop new talent
3. Build long-term strategies to foster social media growth
4. Develop and negotiate brand partnerships and influencer campaigns
5. Leverage existing and new relationships with brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more

What we're looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience managing talent
2. Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to find and develop talent
3. A solid network of brands and agencies
4. A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing
5. Happy to work in a fully office environment
