Part of a developing team that works closely alongside the retrofit team and is also involved in new-build developments. Responsibilities include assisting in the delivery of projects, carrying out energy and overheating assessments, and conducting feasibility studies. You will attend meetings and workshops with the client and design team to discuss strategies and opportunities for energy conservation measures. You will also report back to the team/project leader on project progress and resource management, and mentor junior staff.

Experience using AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp
Experience using Elmhurst (or similar)
