Senior Surveyor Property Management

I am currently supporting a market leading Property Management specialist on their search for a Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial team in Central London.

My client has billions of assets under management and works on behalf of multiple clients globally from Fund Managers, REITs, and other property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality day to day property management of an exciting London Office portfolio with a 'hands on' and proactive approach.
• Liaise with the credit controller to ensure all rent and other monies are collected and proactively manage payment plan applications and arrears recovery.
• Produce annual service charge budgets and reconciliations, and undertake regular service charge expenditure.
• Build good landlord-tenant relationships with the tenants, meet with them on a regular basis, and be the main point of contact.
• Carry out regular property inspections.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Hybrid working available.

Role can support the APC.
