Beach Baker is working in partnership with a leading, forward-thinking commercial real estate consultancy with a strong UK and Ireland presence. Renowned for its dynamic culture and diverse client base, the firm provides expert advice to investors, developers, and occupiers across both the public and private sectors.

Their Valuation team is a market leader in providing services for loan security, advising a wide range of lending institutions including high street banks, private lenders, insurers, and challenger banks. The business has built a particularly strong reputation in alternative valuations, with deep sector expertise in trading and leisure assets.

The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to support the Head of Alternative Valuations in London. This role offers the chance to develop your career within a collaborative and high-performing team that works with a variety of clients across the South East and London.

You'll be involved in:

1. Valuation of a wide range of operational real estate, with a focus on trading and leisure
2. Supporting and, where appropriate, leading on client relationship management
3. Assisting in the valuation of large, complex assets across key sectors
4. Contributing to a team with a longstanding presence in the market and an excellent reputation

Ideal Candidate:

1. RICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer
2. Experience in alternative, trading, or leisure valuations is highly desirable
3. At Senior Surveyor level: Some exposure to alternative assets and a desire to specialise
4. At Associate Director level: Proven expertise in trading/leisure valuation and the ability to manage client relationships
5. Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills
