Senior Surveyor/Associate Director - Residential Development Valuation

Location: Milton Keynes, Reading, Beaconsfield

Salary: Up to £56,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Work Pattern: Hybrid

The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Valuation Surveyor looking to specialise in residential development? A leading property consultancy is seeking a chartered surveyor (MRICS) to join their highly regarded Development Valuation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top developers, investors and lenders, delivering high-quality valuation advice on a range of residential-led schemes.

The successful candidate will need to be able to cover the Oxford portfolio as well as easily commute into the London office at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential development valuations for funding, acquisition, and viability purposes.
  • Provide Red Book Valuations in line with RICS standards.
  • Work closely with housebuilders, developers and banks on large-scale projects.
  • Analyse market trends and development costs to provide accurate valuations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business.

About You:

  • MRICS qualified with experience in valuation.
  • Strong understanding of residential development and development appraisals.
  • Red Book valuation experience (preferably in development or investment).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work in a fast-paced environment.
