Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Development and Strategic Advisory Division within the Public Sector Advisory Team. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, motivated individuals to work on a variety of strategic property projects across multiple sectors.

The role will involve providing strategic property advice to public bodies, working on major development projects, and offering service-related solutions. You will play a key role in driving growth and delivering results, collaborating across teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Support business development efforts and identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Strengthen the firm’s profile by collaborating across business groups.
  • Contribute to fee income forecasting and manage the fee pipeline.
  • Ensure profitability through effective billing and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage risks to meet audit requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for junior team members.
  • Lead and coordinate team efforts on client projects.
