Salary: £22,214.40 per annum Hours: 32 weekly

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.
You'll be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standard, so previous Support Worker experience is essential.
You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person-centered basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community, and domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
