Role Description
Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker
Location: Henbury, Bristol
Salary: £13.53 per hour (£26,383.50 pro-rata) plus benefits. Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 7.00am and 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday. You will also be on the on-call rota.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

About You
We are on the lookout for a Senior Support Worker who is calm, patient, and resilient. You will need to have a consistent approach to assisting the people we support to engage in the interests they love.
Furthermore, as a Senior Support Worker you will:
Work in accordance with SeeAbility's values. We are looking for people with the right attitude, who have an open mind, forward-thinking and a sense of humour. You will be available to work 37.5 hours a week, and every other weekend. This will be on a shift rota basis. Overtime shifts will be available.

Who you will be supporting?
At Bristol Support Service we support 9 adults with a range of disabilities including visual impairment, autism, and learning disabilities. People at our home are a very active group who spend a lot of time getting out and about and engaging with the local community. We love going out to discos, pubs, shopping and visiting family. We do have a passion for art and music. Therefore, we often visit local theatre, crafts, also music concerts and choirs.
