Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Senior Supply Planner, you will maintain supply planning for brands like Crockpot, Breville, FoodSaver and a few others in EMEA region. You will manage material requirement planning, order fulfilment, and inventory in line with budget targets on a rolling 12/18-month basis.
You will work with a team of two assistant planners and collaborate closely with the regional Home & Commercial Planning Analytics team.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning teams to understand risks and opportunities within the demand plan and align supply planning to avoid excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Champion the alignment of strategy, promotional activity, and special inventory purchases, and work with Demand Planning representatives to minimise out-of-stock or fill-rate issues.
  • Participate in the outlier process with Sales and Demand Planners, and supervise two assistant planners.
  • Engage in new product launches, including launch and discontinuation, and review interim releases of forecasts to react to significant changes.
  • Participate in forecasting meetings and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and plan outbound and inbound shipments to support serviceability and stock levels.
  • Communicate with overseas offices, freight forwarders, and vendors for container tracking and space allocation.

What You'll Need
Minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience in supply planning positions.
  • Experience with SAP APO.
  • Good command of MS Office, incl. advanced Excel skills and knowledge of PowerBI
  • Hands-on experience with inventory replenishment plans and supplier management.
