Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst Manager to drive data-driven optimization and innovation across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making in inventory, logistics, procurement, and production.

Key Responsibilities

1.Data Analysis & Modeling

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data (inventory, logistics, procurement, production).
• Develop and optimize forecasting models for demand planning, inventory optimization, and transportation route planning.

2.Supply Chain Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and propose actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover rate, order fulfillment rate) to track performance.

3.Data Visualization & Reporting

• Design intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate supply chain performance to stakeholders.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to align analytical outcomes with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure robust data infrastructure (collection, storage, processing) for analytical needs.

5.Technology Innovation

• Research emerging trends in supply chain analytics (e.g., AI, automation) and evaluate their business applications.
• Champion the adoption of advanced tools (e.g., machine learning) to enhance analytical accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in supply chain data analysis, with deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming (Python, R, SQL).
4. Hands-on experience leading supply chain optimization projects from data collection to implementation.
5. Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
6. Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques for solving business problems.
7. Familiarity with supply chain management systems and ERP data structures.
8. Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
9. Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in cross-departmental projects.
10. Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to address complex challenges.
