Job Description Senior Supervisor London, United Kingdom

Reporting to the Operations Delivery Manager you will supervise and lead a team of highly skilled PPM Engineers daily, dealing with maintenance of the 1FM Fire contract. Assisting Telent UK but focussed on the Asset Management department this role will be key to join the field services and management teams together to form a cohesive and productive workflow. This role is to work permanent nights Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6am and be based in our Pirin Court Depot E16 4TL.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 8 PPM engineers engaged in all aspects of Maintenance activity within the Fire maintenance contract.
  • Managing the availability of resources to efficiently carry out the planned maintenance work.
  • Ensure engineers complete all works to a high standard and against operational plans.
  • Scheduling and monitoring of works to ensure continued compliance.
  • Using ServiceNow for Daily/Weekly/Periodic report of progress of task.
  • Stakeholder management daily to keep the contract and operations teams updated with any issues/progress.
  • Although office based, there will be a minimum requirement of 1 site visit a week.

Who you are:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor with an understanding of planned or preventative fire maintenance (PPM) and ideally London Underground or Network Rail industry experience. This role would suit an experienced Supervisor who can manage, schedule and monitor maintenance works in a busy and reactive environment.

Key Requirements:

  • This role is to work permanent nights, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 6am.
  • Previous experience of leading teams in single or multi-site maintenance.
  • Experience within a Fire Maintenance environment or London Underground/Network Rail environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Drug & Alcohol testing is required for this role.
