Salary: Total package of £43,400

NonStop's client, in the East Midlands, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their non-profit fostering agency as a Supervising Social Worker.

The unique opportunity to work entirely from home (aside from visiting carers), with occasional regional travel for meetings and training, allows for an incredibly flexible schedule. Responsibilities:

• Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
• Provide support and advice for foster carers
• Manage a case of around 10 foster carers from Milton Keynes up to Leicestershire

Requirements:

• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
• Experience working in the fostering sector - ideally at least 2 years
