Senior Structural Technician

One of Bristol's most respected engineering consultancies is now looking to find the next member of their drawing team. They have a growing office, having successfully attracted design staff from across the Bristol area. We are looking for an experienced Structural Revit Technician who has a diverse background of experience with all traditional materials and comprehensive knowledge of the design process.

This person should be personable and approachable as they will be representing the company at a senior level. This company covers several sectors including historic, commercial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Producing drawings and models for complex projects up to £40M in value
2. Ensuring the quality of work from junior members of staff
3. Liaising with Senior Engineers and other design teams
4. Dealing with client queries
5. Mentoring/training of staff
6. Working with architects and main contractors
7. Motivated to develop self and others with the business
8. Producing work consistent with existing reputation and portfolio
