Senior Sprinkler Project Manager - Commercial Salary/Package - £70,000 - £75,000 basic + Car Allowance + Benefits

Location - South East
Permanent Position (Hybrid)

If you are an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager looking to join a dynamic, growing company with a fantastic culture and long-term career prospects, our established sprinkler contractor client will want to speak to you. As a senior member of their team, you'll be responsible for managing commercial sprinkler projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage 1 - 2 commercial sprinkler projects across London.
2. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful delivery.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
4. Ensure all works comply with British Standards (BS EN 12845), LPCB, and industry regulations.
5. Manage procurement, logistics, and on-site installation teams.
6. Conduct risk assessments and implement health & safety best practices.
7. Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.

MUST Have's To Be Considered:

1. Proven experience in managing commercial fire sprinkler projects in the UK.
2. Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB, and other relevant regulations.
3. Exceptional project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., LPCB competency, SMSTS, CSCS) are desirable.
