We are looking for a Senior Specialist within our Consumer, One to One Marketing team on a 6 month contract.

About the role
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on the one-to-one marketing strategy for consumers, supporting the business to achieve acquisition, retention, and cross-sell goals.
  • Translate opportunities in the Consumer strategy to develop a consolidated and aligned marketing plan that optimises customer experience and journeys.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from opportunity scoping through to execution and optimisation.
  • Measure and track campaign performance and effectiveness to optimise future investment.
  • Utilise data and reporting to develop compelling insights and customer value propositions and inform marketing briefs, ensuring continuous optimisation of campaign activity.
  • Leverage customer data insights in the identification and execution of customer value pools to design, monitor, and optimize campaign activity.
About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience in data-driven campaign management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and / or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and utilising data insights to create value.
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management experience including ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to influence outcomes. Technical proficiency with reporting and communication tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Jira.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar MarTech system is highly desirable.
