As a senior spa therapist at Spa Sirene, you will not only provide excellent treatments but also lead by example, support staff and act as a point of contact in the absence of management.

1. Delivering a range of high-quality spa and beauty treatments tailored to client needs.
2. Lead by example in all aspects of professional conduct, including personal grooming, punctuality, time management and consistency in treatment delivery and meeting retail and performance targets.
3. Mentor and support therapists in treatment protocols, product knowledge, and training to aid professional development.
4. Assist with reception duties when required, including booking appointments, answering queries and managing client expectations.
5. Support management by overseeing daily operations in their absence.
6. Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
