Brief Description
Route Services is a division of Network Rail that provides the Routes with services so they can help Network Rail deliver a better railway for a better Britain. We support the Routes with a myriad of services and supplies they need to maintain and operate the railway.

About the role (External)
The Senior Solutions Engineer role is responsible for advisory services to existing and prospective customers across all 5 Regions, 15 Routes, Train Operating Companies (TOCs) and external customers (TFL, HS1, HS2, etc.), producing solutions based on DDaT's product portfolio, with an input into pricing model and quote/order processing.
The role is technical in nature and customer-focused, requiring a clear understanding of Solution Design and the Delivery cycle. Solutions Engineers work closely with various teams to ensure the solutions align with customer requirements and focus on whole life costs to operate.
