Your Mission

This role blends technical expertise, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to provide top-tier support to our most valuable customers. You'll tackle a diverse range of technical challenges for our largest and most strategic clients, taking full ownership of their queries. This position offers broad exposure across the business and a high level of responsibility, allowing you to make a meaningful impact. Things you will be working on...

• Design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Be the go-to technical expert during sales, implementation, and expansion, helping clients navigate our platform's capabilities.
• Support and consult implementation teams on integrating Ben with HR, payroll, and benefits systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap, providing valuable client feedback to improve features and usability.
• Ensure long-term success by troubleshooting post-implementation issues, driving adoption, and optimizing integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including customer-facing guides, UAT logs, and best-practice libraries.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest in benefits technology, helping to shape innovative solutions and improve implementation processes.

We will love you if you have...

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or software engineering.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, allowing you to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or benefits technology
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
