Senior Solutions Architect - Belfast

Location: Belfast – Hybrid working with 1 day per week/fortnight on client site

Salary: £75-100K (neg) plus bonus benefits package

About the Role: This is a pivotal role in driving large-scale digital transformation. Combining deep technical expertise with business acumen, you'll help deliver next-generation IT services and modernize critical public and private sector systems. The successful candidate will be involved in designing, overseeing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand Business Needs and how they translate into solutions
• Design high-level solution architectures.
• Oversee integration processes, governance, and risk management.
• Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation and quality assurance throughout project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on continuous improvement strategies.
• Engage with clients in a consultative capacity to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST be a British Citizen. Due to the nature of the work, you must be a UK resident for at least the past five years and should not have been outside the UK for more than 28 consecutive days within this period – as SC clearance will be required.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong track record in delivering software projects.
• Strong expertise in integration, guidance, governance, and risk management.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and understanding the difference between Salesforce & SaaS services.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience within the public sector.
• Experience within pre-sales or business development.
• Current active SC clearance or previously held SC clearance.
