In recent years DWP has successfully brought our IT in-house, introduced elements such as automation and self-service to our digital services, and accelerated the adoption of public cloud.

Now in our Health Transformation Program, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of data platforms that will support our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in data platforms.
2. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and data management best practices.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
