The Opportunity

Joining the firm's expanding Residential Property team, you will:

Handle a broad range of property transactions (sales, purchases, re-mortgages).
Manage a busy caseload while delivering first-class client service.
Advise and liaise with clients and intermediaries throughout transactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

A Scottish-qualified Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.

Ideally 2-4 years PQE or 1+ years PQE if having completed a specialised property traineeship.

Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency.
