Your responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development support.
  • Using industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturity.
  • Optimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysis.
  • Design in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and Development.
  • Support the preparation of post-construction documentation.
  • Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on site.
  • Support and lead technical due diligences.
  • Optimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management activities internally and externally.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
  • Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systems.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilities.
  • Proven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
