Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Tester / Test Lead to join our growing team. You will be the voice of testing, working directly with the Software Delivery Manager to create a robust testing strategy. If you have the skills to introduce test automation, this will also be part of your remit.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop solid test strategies as a confident decision-maker.
2. Collaborate with all members of the development team.
3. Maintain a strong and up-to-date testing environment.
4. Utilize 5+ years of experience with manual testing tools and SDLC.
5. Lead projects and/or test teams.
6. Possess ISTQB or ISEB qualification.

Office Location: Based in the heart of the East Midlands, commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, or Sheffield.

Benefits: A salary of £40-45K, Pension, 25 days holiday, 40-hour week, flexible working (only up to 2 days a week in the office).
