Senior Software Test Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside various teams and stakeholders including the Scrum Team
• Responsible for designing, executing and reporting on test cases, as well as mentoring junior testers
• Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure that the Acceptance Criteria are clear and understood
• Manage defect identification, tracking, prioritisation, resolution, and reporting while collaborating closely with the development team for timely resolution of issues
• Manage day-to-day test activities on a test phase under the guidance of the IT Test Manager

Your skills and experiences:

• Strong knowledge in various testing methodologies and types such as Agile, Scrum, V Model or Waterfall
• Experience of leading a small test team on an agile project
• A demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders for the best project outcomes
• Experience in the use of test tools, such as JIRA / Xray and Eggplant (Keysight) ideally for automation

Desirable: SCRUM master experience
