Key Responsibilities for Senior Software Engineer:

1. Design, develop, and test application software and Linux drivers for video applications on custom embedded hardware.
2. Provide technical support and integration assistance to international customers.
3. Develop system specifications, test documentation, and unit tests in a continuous integration environment.
4. Fault-find, debug, and resolve issues in complex systems.
5. Assist with the administration and successful delivery of engineering projects.
6. Continuously improve team procedures and working practices.

Key Experience for Senior Software Engineer:

Essential:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or Physics.
2. Proven experience in C++ development for Windows and Linux using Microsoft Visual Studio.
3. Expertise in Linux driver development for ARM processors.
4. A team player with initiative and adaptability in an Agile environment.
5. Strong technical leadership experience.

Desirable:

1. Experience in video processing or computer vision algorithms.
2. Video streaming application development and HMI development using OpenGL.
3. Familiarity with CUDA, OpenCV, and GPU computing technologies.
4. Experience interfacing with custom hardware and FPGAs.
5. Customer-facing experience.
6. Coaching and mentoring abilities to support team talent development.
