Senior Software Developer - C#.Net - Cardiff - Hybrid - £50,000 - £60,000 doe

We are currently working with a global fintech partner who are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team who on one side would be comfortable in leading daily and big weekly sprints getting to the heart of the issues whilst code reviewing, but on the other side is more than comfortable putting on a pair of headphones and cracking on with deployment code into a cloud environment.

The team themselves are highly collaborative and will consist of 2 other senior engineers and a handful of mid-level and junior developers who would love to learn off the back of your own experiences.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Providing clear guidance to colleagues on best practice
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks with the optimization of cloud resources
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Technical Qualifications Required

• High experience in .Net Core, C#
• Strong experience in Javascript related technologies
• In-depth knowledge of Azure related technologies
• Strong understanding relating to the breakdown of Microservices architecture
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work using Automated Testing and Infrastructure as Code format
• Computer science degree or equivalent
• Strong record of leadership and success within a multiple team format
