Key Responsibilities:

  3. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with community organisations, Contextual Safeguarding teams, Court teams, and Early Help services to provide coordinated support.
  4. Professional Liaison: Maintain effective relationships with partner agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to service delivery.
  5. Responsive Practice: Demonstrate empathy and resilience when responding to complex and urgent situations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
  2. Registration: Social Work England (SWE) registration is essential.
  3. Experience: Minimum three years' post-qualified experience within child assessment teams.
  4. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on child-centred practice.
