Kent County Council are Ofsted rated as 'Outstanding'. We are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Adults Community Team in Folkestone. At least 3 years experience is required, including previous experience working as a Qualified Social Worker in an Adults team. Your responsibilities in this team would be to support with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health function, triaging and rag rating incoming work, supporting practitioners with complex work, completing S117 reviews, overseeing and supporting the day to day running of the area team, completion of DOLS renewals and applications, facilitating and chairing complex case discussions, strat meetings and MDT meetings.
