About the Role:
We are recruiting to a Senior Social Work Practitioner within the Children In Care Team. The post holder will manage their own caseload working with children and young people who are looked after and children who have a plan of adoption. You will be able to evidence a strong ability to analyse information and formulate outcome focused care plans for children and young people. You will need to have very strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise your work effectively and in a timely way. If you are an experienced social worker who has experience of working with looked after children and children placed for adoption and wants recognition for your skills, we want to hear from you.
