The Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Strategist to work with our Vuse and Velo clients, focussing on Western Europe markets. This is a hybrid role based out of the clients’ office in Chiswick.
An arch collaborator: We’re searching for a social strategist who can work with the SMMs, PMs, creative and CS teams to deliver our social workstream (across brands and geos).
Your job will start at social, but you will be adept at thinking cross-channel and integrated/full-funnel plans. We can help you build this skillset.
You’ll be a keen social strategist. You are adept at
key social platforms (especially IG),
how content should work on social, and
creating plans for achieving brand targets as well as social targets (ER, Reach, FG).
You don’t mind getting into the weeds of social media data as well and creative. You can take leaps on analysis based on both.
All above in a highly regulated and restricted category.

You’ll stay on top of social media trends, continuously experiment with new ways to create content and continually improve social output through iterative growth.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience designing and delivering successful holistic social campaigns (organic, paid, influencer and partnerships).
Bonus points if you’ve scaled and strategized cross-geo social presence for a brand.
Strategy by Numbers: Experience working from and delivering performance reports across different stakeholders.
Creative Partnership: You can work with and inspire a strong creative team (through the lens of the category and channel) to deliver sharp comms.
Customer Journey thinking: You’ll step through the end-to-end experience as a customer/audience would, and will sweat the quality of the journey as much as individual assets or ads.
Outstandingly collaborative with peers and colleagues across teams, demonstrated through your actions as well as your words.
Temperament to handle a highly complex and political client environment.
You're humble, actively listen, and actively learn to create curious work with a team of people that are non-competitive, psychologically safe, and achieve brilliant things together.
