Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
   1. Produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with brand values.
   2. Write engaging captions, posts, and stories that drive interaction.
   3. Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools to ensure polished results.
   4. Organise social media contests, giveaways, and promotions to boost engagement.
   5. Collaborate on creative content ideas that set us apart.
   6. Film content on location, using professional equipment and providing creative direction.
2. Social Media Strategy:
   1. Develop and implement strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
   2. Regularly analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal reach.
   3. Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh.
3. Collaboration & Leadership:
   1. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
   2. Mentor junior content creators, offering support and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven social media management and content creation experience (ideally agency).
2. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing tools.
3. Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.
4. Creative, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
