As the Townhouse business continues to expand across the UK and Internationally, we are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager who will play a major role in the ongoing success and growth of the marketing function within Townhouse.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content.
Write, edit, and publish posts that reflect our brand’s voice and style.
Design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and strategies.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and community engagement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize content and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for community members.
ABOUT YOU:
Experience in social media management and community engagement with a focus on the luxury or beauty industry.
Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts and online communities.
A genuine passion and deep understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Knowledge of industry trends and audience preferences.
Experience in graphic design and video editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
