Senior Social Media Manager

Senior Social Media Manager - Full Service Digital Agency - London (Hybrid) - £45-50k

Are you a strategic and creative leader with a passion for social media? My client is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their clients. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll lead and shape social media strategies for top-tier brands, working alongside a talented team of marketers, designers, and content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement data-driven social media strategies that align with clients' business objectives and brand voice.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation across various platforms, ensuring it's engaging, on-brand, and optimized for maximum reach and impact.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service. Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and manage a team of social media specialists, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge for clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally with 1 year experience in a senior position.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute paid media strategies (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience leading a team, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing client relationships.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
