My client is a leading global consumer goods brand who are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join their award-winning in-house design team based in southwest London. As Senior Social Media Manager, you will own the social media and communications strategy and be responsible for driving the brand's global social media presence across all platforms.
Key responsibilities
Own and lead the social media and communications strategy across all platforms.
Create, develop and manage high-quality, engaging content for the brand's various platforms, including text, images, graphics, videos, podcasts, etc. Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
End-to-end campaign management - plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis.
Community management - engaging directly with followers, responding to direct messages and comments, and building a community for internal and external global platforms.
Analytics and reporting - regularly monitor social media metrics against key objectives, reporting on campaign performance, and using data to inform future campaigns.
Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Activate global events and exhibitions.
What we are looking for
3-5 years of experience in a social media or communications role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Demonstrable experience managing campaigns end-to-end (paid and organic).
Experience performing social media analytics and using social listening tools.
Knowledge of creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of Paid Social platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Budget management experience.
