Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Ecosystem and Marketing Director in crafting and implementing comprehensive social media strategies and policies.
• Manage social media platforms for multiple products, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
• Research, develop, execute, and refine a robust social media plan to enhance reach, engagement, and community growth.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to align with the latest developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to produce high-quality social media content that resonates with the target audience.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development at a tech company, with at least 2 years in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of Web3, including decentralized finance (DeFi) and the digital wallet space.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels for technology-driven businesses.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and stay ahead of emerging trends.
