Lead Our Social Media Revolution

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Social Media & Content Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This is not just a job - it's an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and transform how we connect with culinary enthusiasts across digital platforms.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll lead a talented team of 6 creative professionals, driving our social media strategy across organic and paid channels.
Your mission: build brand awareness, grow our community, and support sales through compelling, high-performing content.

Requirements
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
  2. Manage and develop a team of Social Media Executives and creative specialists
  3. Lead the creative direction for both organic and paid social content
  4. Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand reach
  5. Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships with precision and creativity
Essential Experience:
  1. 5+ years in social media marketing, content strategy, or performance-driven creative
  2. Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships and content collaborations
  3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  4. Deep understanding of social growth strategies and audience engagement techniques
  5. Expertise in developing high-performing ad creatives for social media
  6. Must have experience with paid social media
Key Skills:
  1. Advanced analytical capabilities to drive data-informed content strategies
  2. Exceptional ability to balance brand storytelling with direct-response marketing
  3. Proficiency in social media tools, including scheduling, analytics, and influencer platforms
  4. Strong contract negotiation and budget management skills
