Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (Construction)

Fantastic opportunity to join this leading SME Contractor, on a site in North Wales.

I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee a GBP multi-million high-end "deluxe" property build near Rhyl. This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious new build project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and finishing on site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate with Subcontractors, Architects, and all Stakeholders to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
3. Monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
5. Manage and set expectations with the client and all Subcontractors.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in new-build construction, particularly in high-end residential projects.
2. Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound projects to completion.
3. Strong knowledge of high-spec finishings and the highest standards of quality.
4. Fantastic communication and leadership skills.
