Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a reinforced concrete frame student accommodation high rise project in Leeds with an approx. value of £25m.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This opportunity is with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor, currently the market-leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. You will manage a full site team, chair subcontractor meetings, provide progress reporting, and oversee health & safety and quality.

• Manage the project from substructures through to interior fit out to handover
• Oversee a full site team
• Chair subcontractor meetings
• Provide progress reporting and oversee health & safety
• Ensure workmanship on site adheres to standards set

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• Proven track record as a site manager with demonstrable project delivery experience on high rise reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments
• Experience working with regional & Tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or BSc in construction management
• CSCS Black card
• NVQ Level 6
• Experience taking projects from ground level to completion & handover to client
