Job Role: Senior Site Manager

Location: North Yorkshire

Salary: £55,000/£60,000 + Package (D.O.E)

Our client, a TIER 1 Main Contractor, is recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work underneath the Project Manager on (MOD) schemes throughout the North Yorkshire region.

Job Role:

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:

1. Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to members of the project team as appropriate.
2. Effectively managing any project delays.
3. Ensuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordingly.
4. Completing daily site diary as outlined on BIM 360 Field platform.
5. Planning, implementing, and monitoring site logistics.
6. The co-ordination and control of the project, including staff, labour, and sub-contractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the Client.
7. Ensuring compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies, processes, and procedures.
8. Ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) as prescribed.
9. Effectively communicating with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information.
10. Building and maintaining good relations with clients, design teams, neighbours, and any other stakeholders.
