Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car / £5,500 Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Bonus + 6% Pension (increases 1% every 3 years) + Phone/Laptop + 26 days holiday (increases 1 day every 3 years)

An opportunity to join a subsidiary of their business at an interesting time in their journey. For nearly 30 years this business has created a reputation in the fit-out sector. Over the past 8 years they have now created a major projects division that focuses on projects valued £2m - £15m new-builds and cut & carves. Sectors include retail, education, leisure, hospitality, healthcare, and offices.
Currently, turnover is at £90m and you would be instrumental in growing this, particularly with a focus on the new-build element.
The Role
You will oversee a £9m commercial cut and carve converting a property to a well-being unit including a restaurant, gym, etc. Continuation of work will be nationwide after this project.
As a site-based Project Manager focused on construction, your role is integral in collaborating with the end client to bring your project to life. You act as the liaison between the construction company and the local authority, taking charge of the entire project lifecycle. Your tasks range from negotiating contracts and planning the project to managing budgets, assessing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your adept coordination with stakeholders guarantees that school construction projects are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with the client's safety and functionality standards. By leveraging your expertise, you contribute to the creation of modern educational spaces that empower both students and educators, leaving a lasting impact.
General duties will include:
