Join a reputable main contractor with a secured north west pipeline of projects! My client is a leading main building contractor. Due to a number of large project wins, they are looking for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor and be part of the Site management team delivering schemes over £10 million.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all teams of trades on large fast-moving projects, ensuring all site activity runs to the strictest health and safety standards. My client has a number of complex conversion projects with detailed engineering and restructuring, ranging from £8 million to £25 million. They also have several industrial new build projects, so previous experience with these types of schemes would be advantageous.

You will have experience delivering large design and build schemes from conception through to completion, with a proven track record of successful delivery, ensuring projects finish on time and within budget. Those with experience in internals will be of particular interest. They are looking for candidates with a stable working history who are seeking longevity in a position. To be considered, you must hold the following:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A valid SMSTS Card
• First Aid
• CIOB or NVQ qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
