Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required to lead a 30m education facility in North London. The scheme comprises a new vastly shaped 3-storey building built next to existing buildings which will be demolished in several phases allowing the school to remain occupied. Works also include new football pitches, parking spaces, MUGA, Playground canopy and Entrance Plaza (amongst other areas).

The company itself is a leading top building contractor that covers a range of projects mostly within the commercial, life sciences and education sectors - typical contract values between 30m - 70m.

What the client is looking for:

1. Senior Site Manager (No2 on site) experience on schemes upwards of 20m from start to completion
2. Tier 1 experience
3. Longevity - time spent with previous employers
4. Hands on, gets involved - not just a policeman/policewoman
5. Used to working in and leading project teams - team player
6. Good attitude
7. Fit in to a good culture (and add to)
8. Collaborative approach
