Senior Site Manager

A Tier 1 contractor is hiring for a Senior Manager for a 12 month duration with the potential of being taken onto another project. The project will take place in the City. Pay ranges from (Apply online only) cis per day.

About the role of Senior Site Manager:

The role will be managing the full scale fit out of an 8+ storey office - worth 60m.

Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager:

• Strong people management skills, experience in leading large teams, including solid technical knowledge of short-term programming and construction methodology.
• Experience managing all phases of fit out packages, including health and safety, quality, and costs.
• Knowledge of internal design, detailing, and structural design standards, as well as experience designing facades for different types of projects.
• Understanding of internal materials, manufacturing methods, installation, and testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, and to present design concepts clearly.
• Working with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring all health & safety protocols are in place.
• Manage risks, ensuring any issues that arise are solved promptly and efficiently.
