Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Site Manager oder Senior Site Manager für einen Volumenentwickler.

Responsibilities
- Leitung der Ausführung externer Pakete vor Ort gemäß Projektvorgaben.
- Überwachung des Baufortschritts und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.

Job Title: Senior Site Manager / Block Manager
Location: South West London
Project: Residential - High rise
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join and lead a team on a 200+ unit residential scheme in South West London. You will report to a Project Manager and lead the fit out of multiple blocks, leveraging in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience managing internal fit out packages. Ideally, we need someone who has worked with a volume residential developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the on-site execution of external packages, ensuring all activities align with project specifications and schedules.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction progress, ensuring work meets technical requirements and high-quality standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address on-site challenges, minimising disruptions and delays.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a volume developer with residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing teams and subcontractors.
- SMSTS & CSCS card, NVQ level 6.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is advantageous.
