We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Site Manager to ensure that the construction of the development proceeds efficiently, in accordance with the programme and within the budgeted costs within the London Business. This position is project based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties region, where you will:
Ideally you will have significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Residential schemes between £10 and £90 million.
As an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will have a good understanding of construction techniques and a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in construction, CIOB, First Aid, CSCS. Preferably CITB 5 day and Temporary works training.
