Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare

As a Senior Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for site operations ensuring that each stage is delivered to spec, on time, and with total compliance. You will be the driving force behind site performance and quality control.

Your Responsibilities

You will take the lead on all site activity from pre-start to handover. As a Senior Site Manager, you will manage subcontractors, set expectations, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and productivity. You will report progress, anticipate issues, and coordinate closely with the Project Manager to keep delivery on track.

As a visible leader on site, your ability to maintain momentum and team morale will be crucial. You will coach junior staff, communicate with clarity, and ensure the site runs efficiently from start to finish.
