About the Company - Our client, a global market leader in material handling systems, is seeking a Senior Site Manager for Heathrow projects. The role entails elevating leadership standards within the construction team and ensuring the successful delivery of both baggage and non-baggage work packages according to the program schedule.

About the Role - Responsibilities include:

• Managing internal stakeholders and fostering a productive environment
• Serving as a Safety Ambassador
• Monitoring planned versus actual progress
• Driving continuous improvements

Minimum Requirements - The ideal candidate should have:

• 5 years of leadership experience with a focus on people management
• Strong skills in people development
• Over 5 years of experience in effectively managing large teams for complex projects in challenging settings
• Proven success in implementing all project phases from pre-construction to handover
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and HASWA
• Proficiency in producing, validating, and executing documentation
• Commercial acumen
• SMSTS
