Job Description: Senior Site Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus car allowance
Location: Mitcham

Role Overview:

The Construction Site Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction sites to ensure alignment with company objectives and procedures. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and fostering effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage construction sites to achieve financial, safety, quality, and environmental targets.
  2. Collaborate with estimators for pre-start planning and coordination.
  3. Supervise site staff, operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  4. Develop and implement PSHEQP (Public Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Planning), method statements, risk assessments, and other instructions for site teams.
  5. Delegate tasks to engineering and site staff.
  6. Perform any other duties as reasonably required.

Person Specification:

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Must have site manager experience working with structures/concrete repair.
  2. Some experience in managing construction sites in a similar role.
  3. Full UK Driver's License.
  4. Able to commit to a full time position.
