An award-winning Developer is looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Site Manager to join their Kent Team. Do you have a passion for quality? This could be an opportunity to join a respected housebuilder with the opportunity for progression.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This role would see you join an already established team on traditional Built development. You will be managing the day-to-day operations and leading the team to deliver high-quality homes and guide the site to achieve targets on budget and to programme.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

1. Ensuring compliance on site at all times to H&S standards, processes, and NHBC standards
2. Coordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
3. Ensuring all plots are built to the highest standard of quality
4. Carrying out new home tours with the sales advisor
5. Make sure the on-site team is fully resourced and well directed

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

1. Strong understanding of NHBC and H&S standards
2. Computer literate
3. Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a multi-volume housebuilder
4. Timber frame experience would be desirable
5. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
