Job Overview

We are looking to speak to experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyors that would be interested in working for a very well-known Tier 1 Main Contractor in London.

This Senior MEP QS role will be based on a large project consisting of several commercial office new builds with retail outlets at ground level, with a £30m MEP package.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the MEP package for a large commercial project.
2. Work closely with the Commercial Director as the MEP counterpart.
3. Manage additional jobs in the pipeline after successful delivery of the current project.

Qualifications

The candidate will need to have experience working on projects around the c£30m MEP value, specifically in commercial offices. Working for another Main Contractor is preferred, but candidates from Tier 1 MEP contractors looking to transition are also encouraged to apply.
